Wilfords’ specialist short lets team offers expert advice to landlords seeking to fill void periods and vendors keen to generate income from vacant properties being marketed for sale. We also help London homeowners to earn a flexible income from annexes or self- contained apartments.
Short term rentals cover tenancies that run from a few weeks up to six months. These tend to deliver a premium return when compared with long term lettings and are usually filled by corporate tenants or by people already living in the area who are in transition.
To remove any stress or doubt, we ensure that all tenants pass our rigorous vetting process and pay a security deposit and the full funds in advance of the tenancy.
