Geoff Wilford

Geoff leads the Sales team at Wilfords. He began his property career in 1998 and worked for some of the industry’s biggest names – selling over £1.75bn worth of property in the process – before founding Wilfords in 2011.

He was previously based in the Caribbean where he sold in excess of US$230m of Four Seasons’ branded private residences off-plan. While there, he did business with the entrepreneur Sir Malcolm Walker, who later invested in Geoff and his Co-Founder Simon to start their own business.

Relaxed yet highly driven, Geoff loves meeting clients from around the world and takes immense pride in marketing and selling what is often their most-valued asset. He lives with his wife in Bellevue Village on Wandsworth Common.

Not many people know this but… “I lived and worked in Barbados for three years, selling super prime villas to the rich and famous. It’s also where my wife and I met and got engaged.”

Simon leads the Lettings team at Wilfords. He spent the first decade of his career working at large corporate estate agencies, managing offices throughout Central and West London, which culminated in him running a flagship office on Park Lane.

When the opportunity arose to set up Wilfords with Geoff, Simon jumped at the chance, and they opened for business in 2011 just as the country seemed set for a double-dip recession. A combination of hard work, talent and a little luck has seen Wilfords’ lettings portfolio grow to over 500 properties.

Unwaveringly positive in his outlook, Simon loves the variety and challenges that each day as a business owner presents, but always loves getting back to being an estate agent when he can. He lives in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, with his wife, three children, and their dog.

Not many people know this but… “When I was a teenager, I used to get work as a lookalike for Prince William. Things have changed!”

Amir Eshtehardi

Amir has more than two decades’ experience working across the London property market for renowned agencies. Having lived in Kensington and Holland Park for most of his life, he is a Londoner through and through, with a wealth of indispensable local knowledge to share.

Based in our Kensington office, Amir is a charismatic communicator and a natural connector. He loves helping his clients throughout the selling process and his passion for providing excellent service is proven by his impeccable sales record. Amir lives in Notting Hill with his family.

Not many people know this but… “If you get me talking about my love of cycling, you may never get a word in!”

Philip Agius

With over 42 years of experience working in the Wandsworth and Clapham property market, Philip is a trusted professional known for his honest and insightful advice. Tenacious and a born negotiator, there is no property transaction scenario Philip has not encountered.

As such, he fills his clients with confidence that he will achieve both the sale and the price they seek. Philip and his wife recently moved from South West London to Surrey to be closer to their elderly mothers.

Not many people know this but… “Purdey, my Hungarian Vizsla, comes to work with me on Thursdays and Fridays. When I take her for walks on Wandsworth Common, invariably we end up chatting to someone I have either sold a house to or for.”

Ian Wyatt

Ian is a seasoned chartered accountant with extensive experience in finance director roles, strategic planning, and change leadership. After studying Economics & Accounting at Bristol University, Ian began his career at PwC before transitioning to the commercial sector. His career has taken him around the world, allowing him to work across a variety of industries.

Ian thrives in dynamic, ambitious teams and is passionate about contributing to business growth. He firmly believes that people are the key to success, and he brings his warm and personable style to the Wilfords team. Originally from Essex, Ian has lived in Battersea for the past 26 years.

Not many people know this but… “Outside of work, I am a passionate supporter of the RNLI, with three generations of my family having proudly served on the Walton-on-the-Naze lifeboat in Essex for over 100 years.”

William Harvey

Embarking on his property career straight out of sixth form in 2010, Billy began working with Savills in Kensington, selling flats before playing a key role in opening the new Notting Hill office on Westbourne Grove. Billy then transitioned to the Savills Chelsea office, where he was instrumental in managing the core team and handling sales.

Billy saw the appeal of working for a more independent agency, and in 2016 he joined his father’s property consultancy, Harvey Property Limited, as a Director. There, he focused on helping clients buy and sell properties in Prime Central London before moving on to become Head of Sales at another independent London agency.

Now, Billy brings his extensive experience and impressive track record to our elite Wilfords team. With his deep understanding of the London property landscape and commitment to exceptional service, Billy is highly regarded by his clients for his intuitive, empathetic approach and ability to interpret their needs swiftly. He gains great satisfaction from guiding clients through the often emotional and stressful process of property transactions, frequently forming lasting relationships along the way. He lives by the river in Hammersmith.

Not many people know this but… “I once carried out a viewing at 3am for a buyer. The client kindly let me stay in the house and it resulted in a sale!

Edward Dennett

After relocating from the Dorset countryside in 2017, Edward began his property career in Canary Wharf, covering East London. In 2018, he moved to Balham, where he spent six successful years at a well-established agency before becoming Head of Sales for South West London postcodes.

Now based at Wilfords’ Wandsworth office, Edward is highly recommended by his clients for his approachable, efficient and pragmatic nature. He loves building relationships and seeing beautiful properties on a daily basis, and goes above and beyond to ensure smooth property transactions. Edward lives in Balham.

Not many people know this but… “I used to be a farmer!”

Stephen Ruberry

With 22 years of experience working in the Prime Central London property market, Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Originally from Adelaide, his calm, relaxed approach and courage in his convictions set him apart.

After starting his career his career working with respected London agencies, Stephen then ran an off-plan sales company in Spain before returning to the capital to lead teams and set up an independent property brokerage.

Now part of the sales team at Wilfords in our Kensington office, Stephen is passionate about meeting people, exploring amazing homes, and helping clients realise their dreams. He lives in Artesian Village, Notting Hill.

Not many people know this but… “My three dogs are my replacement for kids – I love them!”

George Taylor-English

Managing both Kensington and Wandsworth lettings, George began his property career at a renowned agency in the Midlands, gaining valuable experience over four years. He relocated to London, bringing his expertise in face-to-face sales and customer service with him.

George has developed a keen understanding of the unique needs of high-end clients, excelling in personalised and tailored services for buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords alike. He lives in Worcester Park.

Not many people know this but… “I was born on April Fool’s Day. My parents ran a restaurant and on the day I was born, my dad put a sign in the window claiming ‘Today’s specials – Georgina Taylor English’ Mum didn’t speak to him for a week.”

With over 13 years of experience in real estate across Melbourne and London, Liam brings a wealth of knowledge and a friendly, attentive, hands-on approach to property management in our Kensington office.

Liam was drawn to Wilfords as our emphasis of quality over quantity aligns with his values, allowing him to build strong, long-lasting relationships with his clients. Known for his attention to detail, Liam takes pride in knowing each property and client personally. He lives in Putney.

Not many people know this but… “I grew up in a small town called Barooga in New South Wales, Australia, with just 1000 people. Getting back home from London takes a whopping 30 hours instead of the usual 24!”

Hailing from Trinidad and Tobago, Georgia was raised in a thriving entrepreneurial environment. She has shared her insights on gender and labour structure in the Caribbean through global panel discussions with the UN, UNICEF, and CARICOM.

At 19, Georgia completed her BSc in Psychology and quickly established herself in the Caribbean real estate industry. By 22, she had launched her own real estate company, focusing on dynamic, client-centred relationships and seamless transactions.

Passionate about practical learning and continuous achievement, Georgia moved to the UK to pursue an MSc in Real Estate Development. Based in our Wandsworth office, she loves building relationships, and her clients and colleagues alike all appreciate her organised, efficient and innovative approach.

Not many people know this but…“I cycle to work every day, rain or shine.”

Natalia Held

With a degree in Interior Architecture from The University of Canberra and over a decade of industry experience, Natalia is a seasoned property professional known for her warm, engaging approach. She began her career in Canberra, Australia, working on Government projects for two years before moving to Melbourne, where she specialised in high-end single residential projects for seven years with notable boutique design firms.

Natalia decided to pivot from interior design to real estate to have a more client-facing career; enjoying the process of helping clients to find homes that uniquely fit their needs. A transparent and effective communicator, she fosters positive and honest relationships along the way. She lives in De Beauvoir Town.

Not many people know this but… “As the daughter of Colombian parents, I speak fluent Spanish.”
